- The vision for SMILE FOR CARE LLC was born from my firsthand experiences working in residential care facilities where I witnessed the heartbreaking realities of abuse, neglect, and indifference from management. As a caregiver, I saw vulnerable individuals—elders, those with disabilities, and others in need—deprived of the dignity, compassion, and quality care they deserved. Management’s lack of accountability and failure to prioritize resident well-being fueled my determination to create a better alternative. Driven by a passion for advocacy and a commitment to ethical caregiving, I founded SMILE FOR CARE LLC to provide a safe, nurturing, and respectful environment where every resident is valued, cared for with integrity, and empowered to live with dignity. Our mission is to redefine residential care by fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence, ensuring no one endures the neglect or mistreatment I once observed.
